1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using El-Booklets (the "Platform"), you — the student, parent, or guardian ("User") — agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including students aged 9–18 (Grades 4–12). If the user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on their behalf.
2. The Service
El-Booklets provides AI-generated quiz and revision content aligned with the Egyptian and Gulf school curriculum for Grades 4–12. The Platform includes:
• Unlimited AI-generated practice quizzes by subject and grade
• Instant answer feedback and explanations
• Progress tracking and weekly parent reports
• Gamification features: XP, streaks, badges, leaderboards
• Science mini-games (Lab Match and future modules)
El-Booklets is a digital revision tool — it does not replace teachers, tutors, or school instruction.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
To access the Platform, users must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to:
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limits
4. Subscriptions & Free Trial
New users receive access to 2 free quizzes and a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are available per subject or as a full bundle
• Billing cycles: monthly or semester-based (aligned with Egypt's school calendar)
• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) including applicable taxes
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless the user explicitly enables this feature
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include:
• Attempting to copy, scrape, or redistribute quiz content
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI content generation system
• Sharing account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content on El-Booklets — including AI-generated quizzes, explanations, visual design, gamification assets, and software — is the intellectual property of El-Booklets or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal educational purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
El-Booklets provides the Platform "as is." We do not guarantee specific exam results or score improvements. AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy but may contain errors. We are not liable for any loss or exam outcome resulting from use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
