El-Booklets is a 100% digital platform. There are no physical products, books, or materials to ship. All content — quizzes, progress reports, badges, and features — is delivered instantly through the El-Booklets app and website.
2. How You Access Your Subscription
After completing payment, your subscription is activated immediately:
• You receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes of payment
• Your account is upgraded automatically — no action needed on your part
• Log in to the El-Booklets app or website to start practicing immediately
• The parent progress report activates at the end of your first full week
3. Access Issues After Payment
If your account is not upgraded within 30 minutes of payment, please:
• First, try logging out and back in
• Check your email for a confirmation from El-Booklets
• If the issue persists, email support@elbooklets.com with your payment receipt
Our team resolves access issues within 2 hours during business days (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM Cairo time).
4. Future Physical Products
El-Booklets may offer physical products (such as printed revision booklets) in the future. A separate shipping policy with delivery timelines, fees, and regions will be published and linked here when applicable.
