1. Free Trial — No Charge
El-Booklets offers a 14-day free trial and 2 free quizzes to all new users. No payment information is required to start the trial. You will never be charged automatically at the end of the trial.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following cases:
• You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge
• The Platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues
• You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
• More than 7 days have passed since the payment was made
• The student has actively used the Platform during the subscription period
• The refund is requested because the student forgot to cancel before renewal
• The Platform performed as intended but exam results did not improve
4. How to Request a Refund
1. Email support@elbooklets.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
2. Include: your registered email, subscription type, and reason for the request
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
